Pre-order Windows 7 Upgrade Before July 11, Get Over 50 % Off

On the NeoGAF forums a courteous poster was kind enough to alert everyone that Best Buy and Amazon are offering a pre-order of Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade for over 50 % off at $49.99 and Windows 7 Professional Upgrade for 50% off at $99. The only catch seems to be that you need to order before July 11, a little more than three months early, with a limit of three per order. The links are below.
Even though they are upgrades, you can still get get a clean install after it confirms an activated XP or Vista install. Once the XP or Vista install are confirmed, you will get the option to wipe your computer for a clean install.
